Available immediately, all of Yahoo!’s banner inventory will support 100K of advertising content, powered by Eyeblaster, enabling marketers to enhance their creative capabilities on Yahoo!. Eyeblaster’s 100K Polite Banners allow for more than 300% larger files to be served into standard sized banner units.

The Polite Banner allows up to 100K files sizes to be served into traditional banner ad units, typically limited to 15-20K. Using Eyeblaster’s polite and sequential downloading as well as Eyeblaster’s proprietary file compression, Polite Banners do not affect the loading speed of web pages, leaving the user’s Web surfing experience intact, regardless of how large the file size.
