Two days ago, on the 22nd, March 2004, ProjectModules Design released a new proportional design idea. The idea, once implemented will allow website developers to create websites that look the same in every browser, no matter the resolution or browser.
ProjectModules Design have already started to implement the idea, a break through in website design. ProjectModules Design plan to either create a new web based language, or to base this upon, and around existing languages, but to make it simpler by creating install files, and folders so the only requirement is specifics of colours, sizes, and the vector graphics creating. The idea is still a bit hazy right now, but will have a demo layout created in a few months testing the new idea.

ProjectModules Design, have a possible idea of compiling the new language via the hosts server, therefore requiring no plug-in download for the end user, but a simple install on the hosts, or clients server.
