St. Louis Telecom, LLC announced today the release of a leading edge Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) product suite that is specifically designed for the small to medium sized business as well as the residential customer - currently available in 24 states.
“We are proud to be the first St. Louis based company to bring this leading edge product suite to the local SMB (small-medium business) and residential market,” said Gandhi Ramsaroop, President of St. Louis Telecom. The use of this technology is growing rapidly among large national and global enterprises, but due to the high cost associated with Internet enabled telephone systems, the small to medium sized businesses have not been able to take advantage of the numerous features and cost savings associated with VoIP. Through a strategic partnership with a leading nationwide VoIP carrier, St. Louis Telecom is positioned to capitalize on the exploding VoIP market, offering a product suite that is designed in functionality and cost to benefit the small and medium sized business as well as the residential user. St. Louis Telecom’s VoIP offering allows customers to maximize the power of their Internet connection to provide reliable and powerful voice services. Your local, long distance, and Internet access can all be provided by the same connection.
Ruben Chapa, CEO of St. Louis Telecom stated “a residential customer can add a second phone line for their household for as little as $14.99 per month and our small business line plans start at $39.99 per month. Considering the extensive feature sets associated with these lines, the unlimited calling plan rate structures, and the geographic mobility of the service, a small business can save a substantial amount of money, and with the advanced features that come free with the service, a business can improve the methods in which customer calls are handled.”
With St. Louis Telecom’s basic VoIP service, customers receive free advanced calling features such as, Caller ID, Voicemail, Voicemail notification via e-mail, Call Forwarding, and Call Waiting. St. Louis Telecom’s Centrex product for small businesses provides free IP Phones eliminating the need for an expensive telephone system, all of the features mentioned above, plus extension dialing, auto attendant, call transfer, and conferencing. One of the most unique features of the VoIP service is geographic mobility. A customer can take their St. Louis Telecom provided IP Phone or VoIP adapter anywhere high-speed Internet access is available and make and receive calls as if they were at home or in the office.
St. Louis Telecom is currently offering a free month of service to any new subscribers. Please call St. Louis Telecom’s local office at 636-391-7800, to receive a coupon for the free month of service.
